Undergraduate students who participate in our enhanced research seminar have the opportunity to work as paid research interns alongside Penn State faculty and graduate students. They engage directly with the social science research process, giving them valuable hands-on experience as they approach future careers in politics, social science, data analysis and more.

Jordan Klavens  is a junior double majoring in Political Science and Economics. He worked with Dr. Baumann on the Southern politics project.

 Steven Saroka is an International Politics major in the Schreyer Honors College. He plans on attending graduate school after graduating from PSU. He investigated issues of judicial inequality with Dr. Nelson.

Stephanie Wilusz is a senior in the Schreyer Honors College. She is majoring in Political Science and Philosophy and plans on attending law school after graduation.  She worked on the gendering immigration project with PSU graduate student Shan-Jan Sarah Liu.
